International (Non-US)

International shipping is currently available to any countries DHL Express International can deliver to. Please visit http://www.dhl.com/en/express/import_services.html for individual country restrictions.

We currently do not ship to the following areas. We found that most of the orders sent there would never arrive at their destination and we had no control of actually getting the product to you. 

All international packages are sent via DHL Express International. We cannot suggest a delivery time as it varies on a country by country basis. Deliveries are typically made within 3-4 weeks. 

International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Auragin, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.

International Returns (Non-US)

We do not accept returns for any international orders. 

Our one bottle per customer refund guarantee still applies, as per our refund policy. Please send an email to support@auraginhealth.com and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked. We can only refund you for the full purchase price and not any customs, import, or shipping fees. 

Exchange Rates

All transactions are made in USD. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time or purchase.

Refunds are processed in USD. Because exchange rates vary from day to day, refunds made to international customers may differ slightly from the purchase amount. Any such variances may also be due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances.
