As a Refer-a-Friend member (an “Advocate”), you are subject to Auragin’s Term of Use and Auragin’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Referral Program:

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.auraginhealth.com by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who arrives to our website by clicking your Referral Program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Who is a Referred Customer

The Referred Customer and the Advocate cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address, along with different billing and shipping information from the Advocate.

What are the Referral Rewards?

Referral Rewards are eligible for subscription purchases only.

For you to earn referral rewards as an Advocate, the Referred Customer must complete an order through a Referral Program link. For each successful Qualified Referral the Advocate will receive $10 off their next billing cycle. Note that the Advocate rewards applies only to subscription products.

If the Advocate already holds a subscription the reward will be applied to their next month’s billing cycle (meaning the next month will be billed $10 off). Referral rewards do not stack; if the Advocate qualifies for two or more rewards they will receive $10 off their next two or more billing cycles.

If the Advocate does not hold a subscription the reward will be applied to the initial/first month’s billing of a new subscription service. The emails for both the Advocate and new subscription must match for the discount to be applied correctly.

Right to Close Accounts

Auragin reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Advocate and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Advocate and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Auragin Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Auragin reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards may be forfeited at that time.
